Mollie’s story is deeply intertwined with her hometown of Dade City, where she was born and raised with a deep appreciation for its rich history and vibrant community spirit. A proud graduate of Pasco High School in 2012, Mollie’s educational journey continued at St. Leo University, where she laid the foundations of her future endeavors.

In 2013, Mollie embarked on her real estate career, driven by a passion for helping others achieve their homeownership dreams. Her journey led her to King + Associates Real Estate, where she initially served as a transaction coordinator before transitioning into a full-time real estate agent in 2017. Since then, Mollie has left an indelible mark on the industry, boasting an impressive track record of over $15 million in sales, including having the highest price sale at King + Associates of $3 million. Specializing in the intricacies of new construction and assisting first time Homebuyers, Mollie’s expertise and dedication has earned her the trust and admiration from her clients.

As a devoted family member, she spends time at sporting events for her cousins at Pasco High School and competitive all- star cheer competitions with her niece. Mollie has also embarked on an amazing fitness journey, reaching goals with nutrition and enjoys finding the value in being at the gym.
