Meet Matt

Since becoming a full time Floridian in 2011, Matt has always had his hands in real estate. After being drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 1st round Florida became home. Many years of travel helped him develop a unique perspective of different markets to value what we have here in Tampa Bay. Anchoring his home base in Tampa, a vibrant growing city is what accelerated his growth transitioning out of baseball. After successfully amassing a portfolio of long term and short term rentals he wanted to help others by using the discretion and vast knowledge of market trends that he deployed on his personal portfolio to help others achieve their goals of home ownership along with helping investors buy and sell within their own portfolios. With a service driven mindset the Smoral Group was formed understanding that to give the highest level of service you must offer something that cannot be bought, and that is integrity and sincerity.​​​​​​
